🚚 Shipping Policy

We aim to get your gear to you as quickly and responsibly as possible.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

🌍 Shipping Options

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):
    • Standard (4–7 business days)
    • Express (2–3 business days) – available at checkout
  • International Shipping:
    • Available to most countries
    • Delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on location
    • Customs fees/duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your activewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—flexibly and fairly.

⏳ Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Full-price items
  • Sale items are final sale unless faulty
  • Underwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

 

🔁 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on domestic orders. Email us and we’ll help you find the right fit.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was incorrect or damaged.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email gabyouncreation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with instructions and your return label (if applicable).
  3. Send the item back and we’ll process your return or exchange within 3–5 days of receiving it.

❗ Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please use a trackable shipping method.
  • International returns are accepted, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
